Underbody Inspections & Maintenance:

  • Visual inspection of the chassis

  • Inspect hubs, bearings, brake pads, and electric magnets Wash and regrease hubs and bearings

  • Wheel alignment

  • Replace oil seals and split pins

  • Test external lights

  • Inspect bushes and torque leaf spring bolts

  • Re-grease suspension nipple

  • Adjust brakes and test electric brake system

  • Re-grease corner jacks

  • Inspect and regrease jockey wheel bearing and clamp

  • Lubricate all locks

  • Check undercarriage for abnormalities

  • Inspect tyre tread, check date, and adjust tyre pressure

  • Adjust handbrake

  • Test brake safe and ESC

  • Adjust coupling bolt

  • Test 240V power points
